  1. For everyone

From contact form to quote page

Someone used the Breskens Rigging Service contact form to ask for a quote. Fair enough, but a rigger needs more than one text box. So there's now a proper quote page, in steps, and without a traffic-light puzzle against spam.

  2. For everyone

Stippa's help centre, in every language the app speaks

Stippa works in Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Polish and Ukrainian, and as of this week so does its help centre. Screenshots included, in your language.

  3. For everyone

A customer without an email address

Stippa required an email address for every customer. Bad luck for the regular who has phoned for years and never given one. That's fixed now.

  4. For developers

Enforcing tenant isolation in CI with Supabase

Every salon in Stippa lives in the same database. How I make sure nobody can peek into the neighbours' place, and why the check now looks at reads as well.

  5. For everyone

A new site for Breskens Rigging Service, and a design contest with myself

Breskens Rigging Service is getting a new site in place of WordPress. Before choosing a design, I let the same content compete in several designs.

  6. For everyone

A till where every sale stays on record

What was sold at an appointment used to be scattered all over Stippa. Now every appointment has one receipt, and you fix a mistake with a new line instead of an eraser.

  7. For everyone

    Why Stippa is modular

A two-chair salon doesn't need software that comes with a training course. That's why Stippa is built from modules, and salons can now switch them on and off themselves.

  8. For everyone

    Reminders over WhatsApp

Stippa already sent reminders by email. From today it can send them over WhatsApp too, because that's where customers actually read their messages.
